AC Drives Translation – Project Brief:

Thanks to our capabilities and reputation, Argos Multilingual often handles multi-language vendor (MLV) translation projects. A recent one dealt with a manufacturer of AC drives and their production manual translation from English into Polish. The project consisted of translation, review, and quality assurance work for over 21,000 words.

In order to meet the 2-week deadline, we deployed a team of translators and reviewers to handle the technical aspects and introduced Translation Memory tools to handle large batches of text in order to improve translation consistency. The resulting savings amounted to almost 30% of the project’s initial costs.
