Quality at Source: The Foundation to Success
Perception vs. Reality
In theory, the concept of Quality at Source (QaS) is a simple one – quality is controlled at every stage of a process rather than solely at the end, with every stakeholder responsible for the finished work and its condition. In reality, the importance of quality input at every stage is often overlooked and negatively affects the quality of the product or service.
In this webinar, we addressed the importance of QaS on both the client and LSP sides during the localization process. We also dove deeper into 3 key areas that can greatly affect quality and outlined stakeholders’ perspective on what they believe is happening, what the reality looks like, and what should ultimately happen in order to achieve the goal of QaS.
