ERP/CRM Translation – Project Brief:

Argos Multilingual regularly handles enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) translation projects from multiple IT clients. One recent ERP/CRM translation project included business intelligence documentation translation as well as page alignment and software engineering for over 300,000 words.

In order to manage the project efficiently, we attached 28 translators and testers who worked simultaneously to adapt all source content from English into Polish. On top of that, our team had to test software and terminology management tools in the client’s remote environment, which took over 100 working hours to complete. 

In the end, it took us less than a month to get a final product back to the client, who was extremely pleased with the quality and speed with which we handled the assignment.
